Covid-19 precautions and requirements

Your comfort and safety is our priority.

The Convention Center is a great venue to visit by car, with thousands of free parking spaces available, enabling you to park within a five minute walk of the show entrance.

Help us protect others and host a safe event.

Before registering to attend, it is important that you are comfortable attending a busy event.

Under Covid-19 regulations, we require that Exhibitors and visitors are either:

Fully vaccinated – and able to prove so using the your vaccination card/letter.

or that you have

Tested negative within 48 hours of travelling – with proof.

We will be checking your status on arrival and it will speed your entry if you have pre-registered and printed your badge before arriving. Face coverings will also be required, and we will have a supply for anyone who misplaces theirs.

The Show Space.

All social distancing and visitor numbers will be managed in accordance with government advice at the time of the show. Measures include wider aisles, access to hand sanitisers, and more:

One-way toilets.
Grab and go catering facilities (but don’t worry – we will be providing seating indoors and outdoors to allow you to rest and review your visit).
Advanced registration and badge printing is encouraged.
All exhibitors will adhere to local and government advice regarding hygiene and safety.
Signage will be prominently displayed to remind everyone at the show to be mindful of social distancing, visitor flow, face masks, and hygiene.

Clean and safe.

On site cleaning teams will ensure regular and effective cleaning, particularly in high contact areas.
Hand sanitising stations are provided at the entrances and within the event.
All exhibitors are encouraged to consider sanitising stations on their stands, and employ a regular cleaning regime, throughout the show.
We are working with Ghanaian Goverment and all government advice to employ correct measures at the time of the show.
